This is a low to the ground boardwalk to the Gulf at Anna Maria Island... in tune with the more gentle but very tropical landscape there. The vantage point here was the northernmost tip of the Island looking across to Egmont Key. The turquoise water was hardly an exaggeration on this beautiful day. I like the shadows on the boardwalk in this piece and the movement in the sky.
The Original mixed media creation is owned by my dear friend, Mary Lynn Jamison who is also a loyal collector over many years. It is on the walls in her exquisite Cedar Key retreat and I love how it found such a good home. This image is available in an Archival Giclee in many sizes and prices. See Pricing and Ordering Folder for info.
